jakarta - Pemerintah memastikan ketersediaan dan pendistribusian Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) ke wilayah terdampak gempa Lombok Utara tidak mengalami kendala. Kepastian ini didapat usai pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Satgas Siaga Bencana Kementerian ESDM sejak Jumat (9/11) kemarin.
"Meski saat gempa tiang-tiang transmisi sempat rubuh, penyediaan BBM terbatas akibat banyak jalan terputus. Dalam suatu bencana, wajar ketika awal-awal kita menghadapi seperti itu. Tapi, sekarang berangsur sudah mulai kembali," ujar Staf Ahli Menteri (SAM) ESDM Bidang Lingkungan Hidup dan Tata Ruang Satry Nugraha dalam keterangan tertulisnya, Senin (13/8/2018).

Hasil koordinasi Satgas, pada 8 Agustus 2018, stok BBM yang tersedia di Terminal BBM (TBBM) Ampenan dalam kondisi aman, dengan rincian antara lain Premium sebanyak 5.023 kilo liter (kl) dengan ketahanan selama 7 hari, Solar 4.858 kl (7 hari), Pertamax 5.504 kl (17 hari), Pertamax Dex 221 kl (44 hari), dan Avtur 1.271 kl (7 hari).
TBBM Ampenan sendiri menjadi TBBM sentral untuk penyaluran BBM ke Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) di Kecamatan Tanjung dan Pemenang di mana kedua wilayah tersebut paling terdampak dari gempa.
Di samping itu, sepanjang pantauan Satgas, proses penyaluran dan konsumsi BBM oleh masyarakat berjalan normal. Tim ESDM yang berada di lokasi juga melihat tidak ada antrean pembelian BBM di SPBU, meski hilir mudik kendaraan bermotor tergolong padat selama masa tanggap darurat.
Kondisi yang serupa juga terjadi di sektor ketenagalistrikan. Meski kantor Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Tanjung hancur terkena imbas akibat besarnya guncangan gempa, namun PLN menjamin bahwa saat ini kelistrikan di wilayah Lombok Utara kembali normal.
"Memang saat gempa terjadi beban puncak kita langsung turun ke 50 megawatt (MW) dari kondisi normal sebesar 220 mw. Ini diakibatkan karena lepasnya pembangkit maupun feeder-feedernya," ucap General Manager PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah NTB Rudi Purnomo Loka Putra.
Secara bertahap PLN telah memperbaiki seluruh pembangkit yang mengalami gangguan dan seratus persen sudah bisa digunakan.
"Saat ini 97% pasokan listrik sudah masuk ke gardu listrik. Tinggal 91 gardu lagi dari total sekitar 3.400 gardu yang di lokasi terisolir akibat kerusakan instalasi listrik yang parah," imbuh Rudi.
Sejak pulihnya kelistrikan di Lombok Utara, perekonomian perlahan mulai menggeliat. Hal ini ditandai dengan kembali dibukanya toko-toko saat malam hari di pinggir-pinggir jalan utama.
Untuk menjaga kondisi tersebut, Satry berjanji akan terus memperbaiki kondisi sektor ESDM secepat mungkin.
"Terus ada peningkatan di sektor ESDM seperti kondisi semula sebelum gempa," katanya di sela-sela kunjungan ke Kantor PLN Tanjung.
